ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Restore balance and reignite your inner fire
Burn Bright is a 2-hour holistic yoga workshop inspired by the Fire Element and Pitta energy in Ayurveda — a summer practice designed to support women who are feeling burnt out, depleted or disconnected from themselves.
Through cooling yoga, calming breathwork, guided meditation and reflective practices, you will be invited to release emotional and mental overwhelm and reconnect to a more empowered sense of self.
About Pitta & the Fire Element
About the Water Element
In Ayurveda, Pitta is the energy of transformation — associated with fire, heat, ambition and drive. In summer, Pitta naturally increases, and when it goes out of balance it can show up as burnout, irritability, overwhelm and depletion.
This workshop works with the wisdom of the Fire Element to help you cool what is excessive, restore what is depleted, and reconnect with motivation, clarity and self-belief in a sustainable, grounded way.
