Journey through the chakra system in this immersive series of 90-minute workshops, each month dedicated to a different energy center—from Root to Crown.
Every session is designed as a complete, standalone experience, allowing you to join for a single workshop or flow through the full series. We begin with a guided meditation to gently centre and ground, followed by soft, accessible breathwork to awaken and balance the body’s energy.

Monthly 2-Hour Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release Workshop
Step away from the pace of daily life and give your body time to truly unwind. This monthly 2-hour Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release workshop with Leila is a deeply nourishing practice designed to release tension, restore mobility, and support both physical and mental wellbeing.
During the workshop, you will:

Begin with grounding Qi Gong and intuitive somatic movement

Move through long-held Yin Yoga postures that gently stretch connective tissues

Use therapy balls, props and self-massage techniques to release fascial tension

Improve joint mobility and circulation

Leave feeling like you have had a deep tissue massage

Move out of winter slumber and step into spring with intention
Late winter can leave us feeling heavy, sluggish, and emotionally
stuck. Ayurveda describes this time as Kapha season - lending itself to low energy, mental fog, and a sense of stagnation.
Flow & Let Go is a 2-hour seasonal workshop designed around the water element to gently balance out Kapha energy and support a natural transition into spring.
Through breathwork, somatic movement, flowing yoga, reflection, and a release ritual, you’ll be guided to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with a sense of lightness, clarity, and inner momentum.
Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate, supportive environment.
