Marta Dahlia

As both a student and teacher of yoga, I am deeply passionate about the ways breath, movement, stillness, mindfulness, and nature can nurture and transform our lives. My own practice is a blend of these elements, and I weave them into my teaching to create a grounded, holistic experience for students.
I completed over 300 hours of yoga teacher training and lead both 1-to-1 and group classes. I co-create and hold retreats and contribute to community events, both privately and within the NHS setting.
With a keen interest in physical and mental health, I guide students to connect with their bodies and minds on a somatic level—cultivating awareness and tapping into the body’s natural capacity for healing and thriving. My experience includes working with students managing chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, supporting those recovering from injury, and offering a safe and inclusive space for neurodivergent students.
Community is at the heart of all that I do. My classes offer an environment where students are invited to explore movement with intention, while connecting with one another. My aim is to support students in finding balance, resilience, and harmony both on and off the mat.
