ABOUT CAT

Strength for life, not just the gym

Cat is a certified personal trainer who specialises in helping people build genuine, functional strength — the kind that makes everyday life easier, more comfortable, and more independent.

Her journey began with a moment of clarity on an EasyJet flight when she realised she couldn't lift her own suitcase into the overhead bin. She jumped straight into strength training — and immediately hurt her back, learning first-hand that having a set of exercises without proper guidance is a recipe for injury.

That experience shaped everything about how she teaches. At Seedhove, Cat creates a warm, focused environment where students learn not just what to do, but why — and leave feeling genuinely stronger and more confident in their bodies.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Functional strength

Exercises that build the strength you actually use — supporting your bones, joints, and connective tissue for the long term.

Safe lifting technique

Cat demonstrates every exercise and gives personalised corrections throughout, so you learn to lift confidently and safely from day one.

Personal attention

With a maximum of four people per class, Cat can give genuine, individual feedback and adapt exercises to suit your ability and any injuries.

Confidence and independence

Cat's goal is for every student to feel empowered in their body — strong enough to live life on their own terms.

WHAT CAT OFFERS

Quality over quantity

Fewer reps done well beats more reps done carelessly. Every exercise is taught with close attention to form, so students build strength safely and avoid injury from the start.

Precision over ego

Progress isn't about how heavy you lift — it's about how well your body moves. Cat focuses on technique and alignment, building confidence at each person's own pace.

Simplicity over fads

No gimmicks or circus tricks. Just clear, effective training that supports your joints, builds real strength, and translates directly into everyday life

Small Group Strength Training

Maximum 3 people · Expert technique guidance · All levels welcome

A traditional weight training class — not HIIT, not bootcamp. Cat keeps sessions simple and focused: a five-minute full-body warm-up, four exercises with a full demonstration of each, and time to move at your own pace with Cat spotting and coaching throughout.

With no more than four people per class, you get the kind of personalised attention that's usually only available in one-to-one sessions.

Perfect if you have never lifted weights before, are returning after injury, or simply want to train in a welcoming, private setting with expert guidance.

Exercises are always adjusted to suit your ability.

"Cat is warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. Really knowledgeable and makes sure you're using proper form. I would 100% recommend"
