Strength Training for Women
This is small group personal training designed for women who want to stay strong, mobile, and capable as they age. With just 3 women per session, you’ll get personal guidance, and the support to build real strength, safely and sustainably. Learn how to lift weights with confidence and take care of your body for the long run.
Tuesday: Pilates 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, then 6:00 PM or 7:15 PM
Friday: 11:00 AM
Saturday: 11:30 AM
