Coming Home to Your Body
A 2-Hour Somatic Workshop for Safety, Nervous System Awareness & Embodied Choice
In this workshop we explore how we come into relationship with the body through movement, somatic practice, meditation, reflection, and nervous system awareness.
We explore how to meet what is present in the body
including pain, exhaustion, tension, anxiety, or numbness with care, trust, and openness
rather than correction or control.
This is a space for both listening and expression:
learning to be with what is present in the body
and also exploring movement, voice, and embodied practice as ways of giving form to what has been held or unspoken.
