Cristina Gri
Massage therapist · Yoga teacher · Mindfulness instructor
Cristina is a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and mindfulness instructor based in Brighton. She graduated in massage in 2014 and has since built a successful practice, working with a diverse range of clients.
Since 2015, she has been providing massage to children and adults with complex neurological disabilities at Chailey Heritage Charity in Sussex — work she finds deeply meaningful and inspiring.
Fascinated by the incredible intelligence and adaptability of the human body, Cristina is a lifelong learner who loves sharing her knowledge and passion through teaching. Outside of work you'll often find her exploring nature with her border collie Cima, hiking, gardening, or heading to a live gig.
