ABOUT SAFIA
Teaching Hatha Yoga since 2012
Safia has been teaching Hatha Yoga since qualifying with the British School of Yoga in 2012, deepening her understanding through close mentorship with her own teacher. Over the years she has shared her practice in a wide range of settings — from leisure centres and health retreats to mental health units, schools, and senior community groups.

Her journey into yoga began as a response to long hours spent sitting at a desk, seeking balance and relief. What she discovered was far more than physical ease — a pathway into greater awareness, steadiness, and connection.
TEACHING APPROACH
Movement remains central to her life. Alongside yoga, she loves to dance, and the dialogue between these practices continually informs her exploration of rhythm, flow, and embodied presence.

A Gentle Hatha Yoga class designed to help unwind, stretch out tension, and prepare for the day ahead. Perhaps you've been curious about yoga but not tried it, or perhaps you're looking for a smaller group and a gentler pace. Join us in a little oasis of calm for this strengthening and deeply nourishing session.

The class incorporates energising stretches, breathwork and relaxation — a nourishing combination to help find balance in our busy lives. Suitable for all levels of ability.
