Catherine is a warm, intuitive teacher with over 18 years of practice, offering a balanced blend of dynamic Vinyasa flow, grounding Hatha yoga, and strength-based movement classes designed to support resilience in both body and mind.

Catherine focuses on building energy and strength — combining steady, mindful movement with intentional breathwork to support physical wellbeing, nervous system regulation, mobility, and long-term health.
