ABOUT LAURA
Teaching Hatha Yoga since 2012
Laura is passionate about wellbeing and empowering others to lead lives they love and find fulfilling. Her background is in therapeutic mental health and caring roles. She has been practising yoga and meditation for almost a decade, since discovering them as a university student — finding in them an anchor in times of difficulty.

What she loves most about yoga is that it acts as an antidote to competitiveness and constantly comparing ourselves to others. It grants permission to work with our bodies and take rest when needed.
TEACHING APPROACH
It is beautiful to practise in community and experience the power of co-regulation. Laura finds it amazing that yoga is so full of lessons for daily life, making it such a transformative practice.

She believes it's good not to take it too seriously — be kind to ourselves and have some fun with it. Her classes are warm, community-spirited and welcoming to all levels.

Morning Mindful Yoga Practice
A gentle way to ease into your Thursday
What to expect: grounding meditation, gentle and mindful movements to ease into the day, dynamic flowing movement, restorative poses, mantra (chanting), optional hands-on assists (always asked first), and relaxation. A beautiful, community-spirited practice to start your Thursday morning.
