Clear Skies: An Autumn Reset for Busy Minds. with Zenia
Clear Skies is a gentle autumn reset for busy minds, inviting you to pause, settle the mental noise, and create space for greater clarity, presence and peace of mind.
Through soft yoga, breath practices, sensory awareness, meditation and reflective journalling, we'll honour the changing season by slowing down, turning our attention inwards, and reconnecting with ourselves.
All levels welcome, no prior yoga experience needed.

Shamanic Journey Circle
with Ali Rabjohns
A monthly sacred space for deep transformation. Whether you are navigating a life transition, seeking clarity and purpose, or feeling called to reconnect with your inner wisdom — this circle is a safe place to meet yourself. No prior experience needed. Two-for-one on your first circle.
