Hi, I’m Euna. I offer small, heart-led yoga sessions that support emotional wellbeing, energetic balance, and transformation. My classes are rooted in the ancient practices of Kundalini Yoga—we work with breath, sequences of movement, mantra, and meditation to help connect with your body, calm your nervous system, and awaken inner vitality. It’s not about perfect poses—it’s about an inner awareness, healing, and connection with source.
Over the years, Kundalini Yoga has been a powerful guide in my own journey of transformation. It’s helped me move through depression, find steadiness in change, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature and spirit. I now weave that experience into my teaching. I like to pull on thinking from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and seasonal cycles.
In our sessions, you’ll journey with breathwork, affirmations, and movement the yoga will meet you where you are. It’s a yoga to be experienced—always offered with warmth, clarity, and a touch of ritual. Whether we’re aligning with the fullness of Summer or settling into the quiet of Winter, my aim is to create a space where you can soften, heal, and come home to yourself.
