Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Seedhove, we intentionally keep our classes small (maximum 6–8 mats) to ensure personal attention and a supportive atmosphere. Because spaces are limited, each booking reserves a place that cannot easily be filled at short notice. Our cancellation policy helps us remain fair to both students and teachers.

Class Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your class start time.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the class will not be charged.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, or unattended bookings (no-shows), will be charged in full.
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for late cancellations.

Class Packs & Memberships

Class packs are valid for 3 or 6 months from the date of purchase (depending on the pack selected).

Unused classes expire after this period.

Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Memberships renew monthly and may be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.
Refund Policy

Drop-in classes, class packs, and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or injury), and may require supporting documentation.

If Seedhove cancels a class, you will receive:

A class credit (preferred option), or
-
A full refund if no suitable alternative is available.

Workshops & Special Events
Workshops and special events are run by individual tutors. Each tutor may have their own cancellation policy. Please refer to the event description for details or contact the tutor directly regarding cancellations and refunds.

If no specific policy is stated, our general studio cancellation policy will apply.
