Individual sessions are currently offered at The Somatic Therapies Centre/ Seedhove Studio on Tuesdays between 1:30pm-7:30pm with other times and days upon request, subject to availability.
Individual sound and energy healing sessions
60 Mins (£70)
These one to one person centered sessions are tailored to your needs and encompass a range of sounds and energy therapy. Delivered either laying down or in seated position, with singing bowls and crystals placed around the body, you are immersed in sound vibrations coupled with energy healing resulting in a more rejuvenated and balanced state of being.

Individual sound and energy healing sessions
90 Mins (£100)
A comprehensive session where some singing bowls are placed on parts of the body for deeper vibration massage, along with sequential placement around the body for fully immersive experience. Other percussion instruments may be used in conjunction with targeted tingsha clearing and energy balancing based on reiki and crystal healing. Sessions begin with brief consultation to find what the client seeks, followed by sound and energy healing. They are concluded with feedback discussion, after care advice and a divine spirit led message.
