 Journey through the chakra system in this immersive series of 90-minute workshops, each month dedicated to a different energy center—from Root to Crown. Every session is designed as a complete, standalone experience, allowing you to join for a single workshop or flow through the full series. We begin with a guided meditation to gently center and ground, followed by soft, accessible breathwork to awaken and balance the body’s energy. The experience culminates in a deeply restorative sound bath, where soothing vibrations and layered tones support relaxation, clarity, and energetic alignment. Whether you are new to chakra work or looking to deepen your practice, these nurturing sessions offer space to reset, reconnect, and restore from within.
