
As a qualified aerial, flexibility, and yoga instructor, Emma loves to act as a professional hype-human for anyone who loves moving their body and building confidence! Drawing from a strong background in movement, she brings a deep understanding of mobility, safe stretching, and intelligent body mechanics to her teaching.
Emma’s passion for yoga runs deep, as unlike her other practices, yoga offers a unique duality by focusing equally on mental as well as physical wellbeing. Yoga, for Emma, offers a pause - a practice that doesn’t revolve around perfecting and achieving, but instead, focuses on presence, flow, and taking time for herself to do something supportive and nourishing for both her body and mind.
She loves running themed classes that are positive, uplifting, and functional, and her mission is always to create a safe and welcoming environment where people can take time out of their day to move, switch off, and do something that’s both enjoyable and supportive for their overall wellbeing!
Mindful Mobility class
This is a calming lunchtime class designed to help you pause, reset, and move with more ease. Each session will begin with a short, guided meditation and breathwork to help you arrive, before flowing into a mindful asana practice designed to support ease and connection in the body. The class will close with a longer Shavasana – everyone’s favourite bit! – giving you space to fully rest and reset.
Having experienced the challenges of mismanaged hypermobility herself, Emma’s teachings are deeply shaped by years of finessing and learning how to move well, safely. As a result, her teachings place a strong focus on supporting mobility, promoting joint health, building strength through range, encouraging injury prevention, and creating a greater sense of ease in everyday movement – all areas she is truly passionate about!
