Leila Davis

Leila Davis

Leila is a yoga teacher who blends Eastern wisdom with modern movement science. Her classes integrate slow, intentional movement, functional mobility and conditioning, somatic practices, breathwork, mindful awareness, and self-massage through acupressure and trigger-point work. Rooted in self-compassion and inner listening, her teaching supports a deeper understanding of the connection between the physical, mental, and emotional bodies.

Her Hatha Flow & Functional Movement classes combine the grounding foundations of Hatha Yoga with contemporary movement principles. Students explore deliberate postures, conscious breathwork, and dynamic mobility to build strength, stability, and ease in everyday movement, while supporting nervous-system regulation, balance, and clarity.

In Yang to Yin Yoga, Leila guides students through energising, heat-building sequences followed by slow, introspective stretches. The Yang phase builds strength and vitality, while the Yin phase targets deeper connective tissues to encourage release, relaxation, and nervous-system calm.

Leila’s Yin Yoga and Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release classes offer deeply meditative, restorative practices using long-held postures and gentle self-massage with props to release tension, nourish connective tissue, support recovery, and reduce stress.

Across all her classes, Leila creates a warm, supportive space that encourages reconnection with the body, nervous-system regulation, and inner awareness. Her intention is to support students in moving with greater freedom, presence, and self-understanding—both on and off the mat.
