Lisa has been practicing yoga for over twenty five years and has been teaching since 2017. She studied with the Vajrasati school in Brighton, where she assisted the teacher training for a period of four years. Her studies continued, with Restorative, Nidrā, Vedic chanting and Kirtanā, with Breath work and Sound healing being most current.
She understands yoga as an opportunity to explore the inner terrain through movement and stillness to disorganise tension through the body and restore calm and balance to the mind. Her classes emphasise breath practices, designed to stimulate and settle the nervous system accordingly. Encouraging a free flow of energy that cultivates a grounded sense of tranquility.
Yoga for Wise Bodies (Ideal for 40’s and Beyond)
A playful and grounding class designed to quiet the mind, lift the mood & shift the energy. Through a blend of movement and stillness, you’ll explore your inner landscape to dissolve tension in the body and restore a deep sense of calm and balance.
With the breath as your guide, the practice encourages presence and invites a free flow of energy. Movement becomes a form of meditation, leaving you feeling centered, spacious, and deeply rest.
