
Sonia has spent the past 15 years practicing, training and guiding yoga in different parts of the world. With over 600h of trainings she loves to teach a range of asana styles but within all her classes she strives to bring connection to nature and the elements around us as well as the subtle energies within us, believing that the more we live in harmony with the world around us, the more harmony we can feel within.
She is an advocate in taking what we learn on the mat off the mat and into our daily lives to experience the true magic of yoga. She strives to follow the rhythm of the natural cycles around us and within and practices living life from the heart, encouraging others to do the same, firmly believing that this helps us live a more authentic and aligned life. Her aim is to make her classes accessible for every body giving people absolute agency to move their bodies in any way they feel called to and providing variations where possible.
