ABOUT LOTTIE

Lottie is a certified breathwork facilitator who has completed over 450 hours of trauma-informed training on a course accredited by the GPBA. Her approach to breathwork is rooted in both science and spirituality, bringing together an understanding of the body, emotions and the transformative potential of conscious breathing.

Her own experience of conscious connected breathwork inspired her to become a facilitator. Through her personal practice, research and work with others, she has developed a deep appreciation of how breathwork can support emotional

awareness, self-connection and personal growth.

Lottie has also contributed to magazines and academic journals, sharing her interest in the relationship between breathwork, emotional wellbeing and the body.

She is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with themselves and explore their relationship with their breath.

TEACHING APPROACH

Lottie's approach is gentle, supportive and informed by her trauma-informed training. She recognises that everyone's experience of breathwork is different and encourages participants to approach the practice with curiosity and openness.

Her sessions combine guided conscious connected breathing with opportunities for self-reflection, helping participants become more aware of their bodies, emotions and inner experiences.

Rather than focusing on achieving a particular outcome, Lottie encourages participants to explore what arises naturally during their practice, allowing space for emotional awareness and a deeper connection with themselves.

Drawing on her own experiences, continued learning and research, she aims to create a thoughtful and welcoming environment where participants feel supported in exploring the possibilities of their breath.

THE CLASS

Conscious Connected Breathwork

A guided breathwork class offering an opportunity to slow down, turn your attention inward and reconnect with yourself through the breath.

Conscious connected breathwork involves a continuous, flowing breathing pattern, with the inhale and exhale gently connected. This practice can encourage greater awareness of bodily sensations and emotions, creating space for reflection, relaxation and self-exploration.

Throughout the session, Lottie guides participants through the breathing practice, inviting them to explore their own experience at a pace that feels appropriate for them.

Her intention is to offer a space away from the busyness of everyday life, where participants can deepen their connection with their bodies, emotions and breath.

Whether you are curious about breathwork or looking to deepen an existing practice, these sessions offer an opportunity for self-discovery and connection.
