Group sound & energy healing meditation

Service Description

This is a sound and energy healing session, using a range of guided meditations, mantras or affirmations in combination with high quality singing bowls and other percussion instruments. No two session are ever the same. Due to the nature of this therapy facilitating a deep relaxation, doors will close at 12:10pm to limit interruptions. Missed sessions may be rebooked upon discretion - once only. Please note, this time frame includes settling into comfortable laying or seating position at the start and slow paced getting up at the end. Sound meditation session is 45 minutes and will start promptly at 12:10pm.
