About Lisa
Twenty-five years of practice,
seven years of teaching
Lisa has studied with the Vajrasati school in Brighton, where she assisted the teacher training for a period of four years.
Her studies continued, with Restorative, Nidrā, Vedic chanting and Kirtanā, with Breath work and Sound healing being most current.
She understands yoga as an opportunity to explore the inner terrain through movement and stillness to disorganise tension through the body and restore calm and balance to the mind.
Teaching approach
Her classes emphasise breath practices, designed to stimulate and settle the nervous system accordingly — encouraging a free flow of energy that cultivates a grounded sense of tranquility.
Movement becomes a form of meditation, leaving you feeling centred, spacious, and deeply rested.
