Kundalini Workshop with Anushka

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that weaves together physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and the chanting of mantras to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. At the heart of this practice is the awakening of Kundalini—a dormant energy said to reside at the base of the spine. With carefully chosen kriyas and guided techniques, this workshop will help you stimulate this energy and gently support its rise through the chakras, opening pathways to higher states of awareness and insight.

Whether you're new to Kundalini Yoga or returning to deepen your practice, this monthly gathering is a space for embodied awakening, emotional release, and spiritual renewal. Come as you are—leave grounded, energised, and inspired.

The day includes short tea breaks (tea provided) and a 40mins lunch break (please bring your own or there are plenty of cafes in the area).
