Jennie O’Halloran
Breathwork Facilitator, Oxygen Advantage Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Holistic Sound Healing Practitioner
Jennie' s work is rooted in the transformative power of breath, movement, and sound as tools for supporting the body’s natural rhythms, cultivating self belief and confidence, reclaiming agency, building embodied awareness and awakening the intuitive self.
Jennie was first introduced to conscious breathing through immersive 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings in India, where Pranayama became a central part of her personal practice and teaching. After relocating to the UK, she explored various forms of conscious connected breathwork, but became disheartened by the lack of physiological understanding and psychological safety in many of these spaces. This prompted her to study with The Oxygen Advantage, deepening her knowledge of the science of breath and its wide-reaching effects on body and mind.
Jennie’s approach now combines the wisdom of yogic breath practices with functional, evidence-based breathing techniques that support emotional steadiness, cognitive clarity, and physiological resilience.
Her interest in sound began alongside her yoga studies in India, where she trained with Himalayan singing bowls. She later completed a Diploma in Sound Healing in the UK and has since developed her own unique style of facilitating sound journeys. Her sessions draw from a broad range of teachings and instruments, guided by an informed understanding of how sound interacts with the body, brain, and energetic field.
Jennie offers breath-centered group classes that integrate functional breathing, Pranayama, gentle movement, and nervous system support. Whether guiding breathwork, leading a yoga class, or facilitating sound healing, she holds space with quiet presence and care. Breath and sound are used synergistically to shift brainwave states, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of balance across the physical and subtle layers of being.
