Service Description

Hatha yoga classes typically involve a set of postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) practiced at a slower pace, with more static holds than Vinyasa or Ashtanga. This class is suitable to all levels as you are encouraged to tune in with your body and work with it - modifications are offered where needed. We will start with breathing practises, gentle warm up and sun salutations, then a slower paced standing flow where we spend time in and explore every asana. The class then will close with a short meditation / shavasana (rest).
